Surprising myself 😁

What was supposed to be a nice light 5k run turned into my fastest 10k at a time of 1:10:07, as well as my fastest 1 mile at a time of 10:13. To a seasoned runner these numbers are laughable, to me these numbers signify growth, and only fuel my desire to run further and run harder.
